CHRISTMAS already feels like a VERY long time ago for most of us.
But the savviest shoppers are getting ready for the festive season this year, by stocking up on reduced Christmas favourites.
Boots is the latest store to offer an incredible 90% off sale, with bargain-hunters taking to social media in their thousands to boast about their incredible finds.
One such shopper is Kayla, who posted her buys on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook.
“Go check your local boots. Large Xmas yankees now £2.99!!!!” she wrote alongside pictures of her haul.
The candles she nabbed were originally priced at £29.99 – meaning that Kayla saved an incredible £162 by picking up six candles at £2.99 each.
“Lots of Xmas presents sorted for Christmas coming!!” she added.
The comments section was immediately filled with people insisting they needed to plan a Boots trip.
“OMFG, I have to go!” one wrote.
“Our boots have just told they haven’t had them at that price,” another added.
To which someone else said: “I brought them yesterday at £2.99.
“It wasn’t showing on shelf but scans at £2.99.”
“I had a look at boots online must be in store,” another wrote.
“Mother’s Day and birthday soon – just saying lol,” someone else said, tagging their friend.
“I got them the other day at £8.99 – wonder if I can return and have at the cheaper price,” another wrote.
“I need to check out my local Boots… have at least two near by,” someone else said.
“Well done. Nothing left in my local boots,” another sighed.
“I’m sending you to boots tomorrow hahaha,” someone else laughed, tagging a mate.
But not everyone was impressed by the deal.
“Our Boots has nothing,” one wrote.
As another raged: “Ahh yes – let’s run to fill our homes with chemicals that are known to cause health issues yay!”
Kayla didn’t reveal the scents of the candles she’d picked up.
However, Christmas options include Sparkling Winterberry, Holiday Cheer and Christmas Cookie.
